Since retiring as an aerospace environmental engineer, I have been working as a waste treatment consultant. As such, I have developed 2 processes. One process is the Biosolids Slurry Process which uses dilute acid to hydrolyze carbohydrates to sugars which emulsify the carbohydrate wastes to biosolids slurries which can be hydrotransported to a central location for gasification, carbonization or dried. Almost all wastes such as sewage sludge, MSW or agricultural residues. For rubber tires, I have developed the Boudouard Carbon Process (Boudouard was a chemist who worked on reactions of carbon dioxide). Recycled carbon dioxide catalytically reforms carbohydrates ro carbon monoxide which is catalytically decomposed to carbon black and carbon dioxide for recycle. I have data sheets for both processes. Please contact me at ROBSACROB@cs.com for copies.
